Thursday I sent home lots of papers. In that group of papers there was a RED half sheet of paper that is a permission slip for a field trip THIS coming Friday (the 19th) to the Fire Station. It is a walking field trip and we are only gone for part of the morning. If you would like to volunteer please let me know on that permission slip. I will only need about 5 volunteers so the first people to sign up that are all cleared through the office will be able to go. I'll let you know by Wednesday who the volunteers are for Friday. Please send in this permission slip MONDAY if at all possible. If you need another one, just email me and I can send you one. This field trip is super fun and pretty easy (no money, no bus, no lunch). I think it will be a great experience for the students and we will get to deliver our letters we wrote to the firefighters in person!
