Check your mailbox...

Hopefully in the next few days you will receive a postcard from your first grader about the upcoming things we will be learning about in first grade. We did this writing assignment as a way to connect with families and have an authentic writing experience. We also got a chance to talk about mailmen in our community and the job they do for all of us. The kids were really excited write notes home that would come in the mail!
